Jill Hollandsworth, LMFT

Hi, I'm Jill Hollandsworth, LMFT, founder of River Bend Relational Therapy. I am a trauma-informed marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and adolescents build stronger relationships and find healing from life's challenges. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, family systems, and evidence-based trauma treatment, including Brainspotting. I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, military families, trauma survivors, and those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting change and connection.
